We build our homes with a focus on high quality at a competitive price. On-site construction management is provided by the personal attention of both owners of the company. We will work with you throughout the construction of your house to build the home that is just right for you. The person who designed your new home is on the site daily managing the construction process. This method insures more accurate cost containment, enhances communication and constantly monitors quality.

Many of our subcontractors are small family owned businesses that can give the quality service that you expect. Colonial Homecrafters, Ltd. deals primarily with locally owned supply houses. We do not run around trying to find the cheapest material at the cheapest price. We prefer to do business with reputable suppliers that deliver on service and quality. Even though the individual homeowner may never directly come into contact with a supplier they are an integral part of the homebuilding process.
Attention to Detail
Our attention to details starts with the macro components of your home: a functional floor plan, quality materials, brand name products, dependable subcontractors, professional vendors and excellent communications. We then break the home down to the micro components: design, aesthetics, livability and customer preferences. Attention to details is always of primary importance in the construction of your home.
Green Building
All of Colonial Homecrafters, Ltd. homes meet the government’s Energy Star requirements and we participate in our state’s Green Building program EarthCraft House. The combinations of these two programs are verified by third party independent testing ensuring an energy efficient home. We are also certified under the National Home Builders Association’s Green Building Program.
Technology
Colonial Homecrafters, Ltd. believes in keeping your home up to date with the latest technological advances in structured wiring for phone, data and television as well as audio and security. Our technology does not stop there we track the progress of your home using web based software that allows you access to follow your home’s construction schedule as well. Technology is not just wiring and web based software it is a big part in the actual construction of your home we use specialized products, adhesives, housewraps and insulation that are on the cutting edge of homebuilding.
Continuing Education
In order for Colonial Homecrafters, Ltd. to stay up to date on the latest trends we attend the National Association of Home Builder’s International Builders Show that showcases the latest products and advancements in our industry. We also attend local and state educational programs so we can learn how to improve our homebuilding skills. All of the education we acquire is then implemented into our homes keeping them technologically advanced, structurally sound and environmentally efficient.
